William was great. He had an influx of people as soon as he opened the doors and was by himself. He handled everything with patience and grace and apologized to everyone for the wait, although he was so efficient, there was little to no wait at all!

William is an excellent representative for UPS! He was courteous and very helpful getting my package out for shipping. Answered all my questions and provided excellent service. A pleasure to do business at the Berlin UPS office!!
