“Even though they towed my friend car they didn't have to let her take it cause it wasn't registered but they did and he even put it back up on the truck and towed it to another parking lot because he couldn't let her drive it out of the yard so we followed him up the Berlin turnpike to a empty parking lot where he dropped it and she drove it from there He didn't have to let it go and she would have lost her car by the time it would have taken too get it registered a two Hundred dollar bill would of been $1,000.00 or more She definitely lucked out of that one thanks tow truck driver for being understanding”

“I’ve been going to Hick’s Repair for years and I wouldn’t take my cars to anyone else. They are 100% honest and trustworthy. I first went to them after hearing about them from a guy I worked with who took his and his wife’s car to Hick’s. I had taken my car to one of those quick oil change places and they did a “free inspection” and told me I needed hundreds of dollars in repairs. Hick’s told me I’d been lied to and all my car needed was a filter replaced. I’ve been going back to Hick's ever since. You can trust Al and the guys completely and in today’s world of shady automobile mechanics trying to rip you off that is worth its weight in gold!”

Tyler is very experienced and honest. Kyle (in "Mechanical Repair" ... for things unrelated to Body Shop work, like engines, brakes, etc.) was also extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. “I am extremely pleased with the work Flanders completed on my vehicle. A special part needed to be ordered from overseas as well as an oil change needed to be done. “this morning i got in my car to go to work and my car wouldn't start , i knew it wasn't the battery because it was fairly new, as the alternator is as well .. i tried my push button start and nothing , i called my geico road side assistance and within a half hour , sibbys arrived with the tow truck and the driver jerry was above and beyond the best!! he was professional, personable and honest.. he said it may be your starter because everything else seems fine.. he in no time at all , put my car on the truck and said we have time to look at it this am and someone will call you with a diagnosis .. within 3 hours or so, brian the mechanic called me and told me everything was tested and it is not the starter it was a simple fix it was the security , something with the car alarm and he would leave it on the machine a little longer and call me back when it's all set! they called me back a few hours later with the good news that it's all set and even was super accomadating and came and picked me up with my car and i drove back to the garage to pay my bill !! i cannot say enough good stuff about them! i was so impressed and treated wonderful i would definitely refer them and go back to them in the future ! i really appreciated jerry and his kindness.. what a great guy!! also to mention donna was amazing when i went in to pay and the garage dog greeted me at the door what a sweetheart he was !!! thank you all so much”

“AAA dispatch willfully neglected my towing request for 12 hours, and I called Friendly. In 15 minutes, Miguel showed up with his truck and delivered my vehicle to my auto shop. Miguel patiently interacted with the office manager and parallel parked my oversized SUV in a narrow driveway with mind blowing dexterity. When I realized that my car key had fallen out of my pants pocket and was back at my house, Miguel drove me back and then personally delivered the key back to the shop. He said my house was on his way, which was partially true. His patience, courtesy, and helpfulness, however, went well above and beyond even high expectations. I give Friendly and Miguel my highest recommendation.”

“For anyone who reads this. Please fully read.
I had a few broken exhaust manifold bolts. Broken to where they needed to be done by someone that knows what they’re doing and has experience. Talked to Chris I believe, asked him for a bottom line price for the 4 bolts out of the 8. Since I was a tech for years before I understood that was the minimum with no other bolts breaking and needing extra time which would be extra money. Requested what day I can drop it off so that way he can get it in the next day(some places let it sit on the lot for 2 weeks before they touch it)
Dropped it off Monday night, called on Thursday to see if they had a chance to get to it and was told it was done and they just needed an extra 2 hours since a couple more broke.
Yeah long story to read, but these guys are honest and will tell you a bottom line price to start and it could go from $300 at the beginning to a few thousand if things don’t go the right way. Just be patient and let them do the work. You get what you pay for and I’m going to bring my truck back to them soon to diagnose a few things for me and repair them.

“I had to have my car towed today. Obviously this isn’t an uncommon situation. But for a bit of backstory I own a Saab. That company folded over a decade ago. So I’ve seen that car on the back of a flat bed more than I’d like to admit. I’ve never seen a technician hook up the car as confidently and efficiently as my technician today. Garrit showed that he was not only a skilled technician by hooking it up first go (Saab has a weird hookup location) but he also arrived sooner than expected and was very efficient.”
