Upon entering I realized the machines are card only, that alone is an inconvenience. I went to talk to the attendant and she'd was clearly having a bad day. Seemed like an ok place but I walked out with my dirty laundry.

I like the laundromat it is always clean, the problem I have with this company is that their cards do not work at any other Facility. I went to one in Waterbury because I was closest to it and it wasn’t working my card and I was like what’s going on and I was told that it can only work at the facility that you purchased it at. That is terrible business what happens if that was my last place I was going to stop before leaving the state and not returning, or returning to the area that I usually Stay at. The other problem with cards is simply this whatever money I don’t use on that card. If I would leave the state or go somewhere else they get to keep the money. This is such a Racket these cards I wish they would just go back to coins. Companies with cards like this are just thieves, plain and simple.
I received a reply from this company, and according to them, they are separate entities Who the laundromats Well, then, I have to say this to them I will no longer do business with them, as I am very disappointed. There should only be one TC then and nobody else Can use that name. I will never do business with a company like that again.

When Lisa is working the place is always immaculate. She is always cleaning up wiping down tables, cleaning the machines and the floors. And does it all with a smile. It makes the chore of doing laundry a bit pleasant.

Staff is helpful, plenty of machines, so no waiting, and clean. Doesn't use quarters. You purchase a card and add money to it. Free drying time with wash purchase.

I really like coming here, it's always clean, minimal people, and minimal problems, what I have a problem with is the fact that the attendant disappeared for over 30 minutes this afternoon, I was waiting to try and get credits on my card using a credit card (which only the attendant can do)I finally gave up waiting I just think it's extremely rude to make people wait around, there's no one there to help anyone other than this one person, so you know you are the only one there why would you disappear for such an extended period of time,to me that's very inconsiderate, if you have to go to the bathroom or take a smoke break fine but 30 minutes without anyone attending to the store is ridiculous it's a liability as well, if pam was here something like that would never happen, I like her alot, she's really kind and very helpful, she's deserves a raise!

Very rude! I was only drying clothes and was outside sitting in my car when the attendant told me I had to be inside if I’m drying clothes after 10:30. Got out of my car to come inside and was locked out!!! Well if you don’t want to be here after 10:30 change your hours of operation!!!
