Tindahan City is an excellent Filipino market and restaurant. It is described as absolutely the best, a dream for sourcing all the ingredients needed for various Filipino dishes. The store offers fresh cooked Filipino food, good snacks, frozen foods, and groceries like smoke bangus, langonisa, and Magnolia ice cream. Desserts are very good, including rice cake, turon, and halo-halo. The customer service is consistently noted as excellent, very helpful, and warm and friendly. While the store is not as big as some thought and prices are a little higher compared to other Asian stores, it is highly recommended. It provides easy access to Pinoy food and ingredients, bringing back memories of the Philippines. The prepared food, like Chicken Siopao, Pork Skewers, and Pancit, is generally delicious and tasty, making customers definite regulars who will return to try more.
Absolutely the best Philippino market. I drive here twice a month from Springfield Massachusetts. We eat at the restaurant, and do some shopping.
