I went to the wash your own car area. My card was to get charged $5 it charged my card $10. The spray gun never worked. I tried to call them all day. No one answers the phone and there is no way to rectify this situation. Awful experience

Card reader never works. Nobody works here so you can never get your car washed and rectify the problem at hand. Poor excuse for a business model.

The vacuums are broken and no out of order sign so it takes your money and nobody is there to return it. I tried calling. No answer

Would rather wash by hand then spend money for a halfass car wash, never gets car clean. Bay smelled like feces, they way the machine charges is strange. Over all, it seems like it costs about 1.00 a minute so be quick. It cost me 7.00 to soap up and rinse. Think there is a max of 15.00. Not sure if the machine turns off at that point?

It's the best place in town to go get your car washed the water is very hot not like in Hartford where the water is cold and they charged you all that money for nothing

Tried so many times to reach this Berlin establishment by phone and email with no luck. I used the wash bay on the far end of building. The top roller failed to spin and dragged up and down my wife's 2019 Volvo XC40 which in turn ripped off the rear wiper arm and wiper. It cost $95 just for the wiper arm to replace, tried every salvage yard , with no luck. Tom B.

Worst car wash of my life. Theres no soap. Tried cleaning my rims with the brush, all it does is pour out hot water. Literally better off driving thru puddles to get your car washed. Rip off!

This place has really gone down hill. The several times I used the self service part of the car wash the guns have leaked all over the place. So badly that I couldn’t wash my vehicle and ended up losing money. No one on site to get a refund. Used this car wash for my whole life but will go elsewhere now.

Money grab with the self wash. They have a little soap going through the rinse cycle so you'll always have bubbles and keep rinsing The dude says it's the water but it's not.

Nice car wash,but I would worry if you don't have the exact change for the automatic car wash,and I did have trouble one time using my credit card in the machine. When there's cars behind you and no employee around it can be frustrating. Otherwise it's a good car wash place.
