I've been shopping at Smoke 11 for well over a year now. The store is always clean, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is kind, considerate, and helpful. When I walk in I am greeted and treated as family, and I couldn't be more pleased to receive service like that from a local business.I would highly recommend Smoke 11 to anyone for their extracurricular smoking needs!

Some of their products are weak or don't work. I bought a battery from them, used it twice and it wouldn't recharge. I returned to the store and they initially told me there was nothing wrong with the battery. However, after examining it he agreed it was bad and begrudgingiy agreed to give me a new battery. That one work for 4 charges. I would stay away!!

I Come here weekly, usually always have a good experience. The manager and one of the workers are great at what they do. They have every type of product that I need.. and every time I had an issue with any type product they always worked something out with me in the end. Only smoke shop I go to in CT, high recommend. If your looking for a variety of smoke products with a variety of prices .. smoke 11 is ur place

What. I bought a $50 vape from them that I brought home for the weekend and discovered it leaked juice all over my pockets and bed—I took it back and tried to explain to them and get a refund, a partial refund or even an exchange but they refused, said it was MY problem. Then proceeded to kick me out of the store. Awesome way to treat your customers, especially since I’ve been visiting since they opened. Way to lose a regular guys.I also never complained about this, but they should really double-check their glassware for dead flies/insects inside.
