If I could give QUEST ZERO stars, I would.
#1. no one answers the phones, all automated.
#2. when you need an answer regarding BILLING, again, no answer.
#3. you reach out to QUEST, same thing... NO ANSWER-ended up getting an answer that was ...."no answer".... from live chat.
#4 the pace is OLD, DINGY, & DIRTY looking! for the price they charge for testing, this place shouldn't feel like a dungeon...
4. Go To STARLING, not only does a HUMAN answer the phone, they're so nice! Done with QUEST forever!

It is not handicap accessible and appointments needed just to drop off specimen. Had to wait 55 minutes as a walk in for a urine sample. Doors very heavy and those using walkers unable to maneuver them

The scheduling is atrocious at this facility. You will wait or have them cancel your appointment. I sat for thirty minutes and they made me reschedule. Choose a different place.
