I had such a terrible experience with my mother-in-law today! The customer service was atrocious, and the staff had no patience at all. We arrived at 6:00 p.m., and they closed at 7:00 p.m. As soon as we walked in, there was a worker standing by the door complaining about why people were coming in when they closed at 7:00 p.m. Well, sir, excuse us for providing you with a job! You might want to check your staff. As I was walking throughout the store, I could hear him talking about how upset he was that there were people coming to shop, etc. At this point, I was upset, and there was another customer who looked at me in agreement. The lady was appalled, just like I was. It was unreal. I will not be going back. I would rather take my money elsewhere. Just a side note, I work in healthcare. I do know customer service and how to treat people!!!

Store is clean and organized. Checkout is quick. If you ever need one of their "crazy deals", it's great.

I can talk about the store and how clean and organized it is but this review is about the great customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I got everything on my shopping list. Even took the time to help me locate hard to find items. The other associates were also incredibly helpful and checked on me out with a smile. You will find everything you need at a discounted price! Thanks to the staff for the exceptional service today.

Nice big store but nobody wants to ring you out. Went to one register and the person walked away with no explanation. I went to another register and she told me to go back to register one where nobody was there. Easy solution I put everything back where I found it and left.

Customer service is atrocious. No patience. The manager is even worse. The Spanish woman in the front has an attitude issue speaks to you in a rush and doesn’t explain anything properly on top holding conversations with other individuals in the store while attempting to check your order out. I purchased multiple items and I had a Card with some crazy deals dollars in it I paid with the crazy deals card then the remainder on my card. I returned 1 item out of the multiple item purchase and was given back the crazy deals card amount back as store credit and the remainder in cash. Seemed weird to me. When I questioned the process cashier got erratic and called the manager who made no difference. Mind you I was calm and collective throughout the entire process just wanted to know why they would give back the crazy deals as store, credit and the rest in cash based off one item when it was used for a multiple purchase receipt.
