They have a nicer showroom and a bigger, cleaner space. Had parts on hand. Glad these places are still around. Prices were better than other places after brief internet search. Overall, positive experience. If only they handed out free coffee and donuts ... but contractors have a beer belly already and should spare the added calories.

I bought a jet tub and vanity 4 years ago and the plastic eyeball jets started to crack so I went to see Donna the showroom manager and she said tub is discontinued, she then gave me a contractor whom she uses for repairs phone number but the guy never returned my voice messages, eventually i found replacement jets online after days of searching, they only had gray and my original ones were white but i installed them anyway. Overpriced and bad customer service, i wouldnt buy a washer from them in the future if i had to, Terrible experience.
