Liberty Bank contacted ME (again they contacted ME) that there might be some fraudulent charges on our debit card. We checked and there were totaling about $160. One was for a raffle for cookware another from a gym membership and another for a VPN account. The next day we went to the bank and cancelled the card and got a replacement. They bank could not do anything with the transactions at the time because they were "Pending" We left the next day for vacation and returned a week later and went to the bank to fill out the fraudulent claim paperwork. Approximately 10 days later we received letters saying they were valid transactions. We then called Liberty and they said they would send us the docs involved in them calling valid transactions. Never got them. Called again and basically told them "why would come to bank the next day, cancel my card, get a new one, then the same day we get back from vacation go to the bank to fill out paperwork. For my health? So Liberty Bank is relying on some fraudulent data they got instead of an life long customer. Unfortunately Liberty is the only bank in my town and if there was one called Joe's Bank or Not safe Bank I would pull my accounts in a minute. All the good this bank fid for me over the past 50 years went away when they believe some fraudulent person and not a life long customer. Stay Away if you want to keep your money safe.

Very helpful employees. They are knowledgeable of the banking industry. I lost my debit card once and they went above and beyond to help me get a new one. They know me by sight now, and always greet me in a professional manner. I’m very happy with their service, I’ve been a customer for 8 years and I will continue to be for many more.

I mostly use the ATM, but if I need to go inside for something, the staff has always been knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

Needs Improvement - there have been numerous times my checking balance was incorrect and got charged numerous fees. I came from American Eagle Credit Union after being with them for 25 years and decided I needed a change. Big Mistake! As soon as I can, I am removing myself from this bank.

Had a bad experience at this branch. Andrea finished created my business account and I have another business account. I asked her to link both of these accounts so that I could see both business accounts when I logged in. She claimed she sent the email to link them. However, my accounts were never linked by her request. I just called myself and had both accounts linked right away. I also asked her to order me some business checks. However, now that I just logged into my account I don't see that these checks were ordered since I don't see a charge for the checks. Andrea is very slow completing things for the customers. The manager should have her expedite things. Bad experience and will avoid going to this branch and go to another branch where I have had better experience.

Worst possible experience at this bank time and time again! Different rules and different stories from every different person. They told me they were doing one thing with my account and did something completely different without my knowledge! I'll spare you the details but trust me - do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Can't wait to get my money out of here!

I came into the bank to set up an account with Andrea and she was exceptional. Her personality and knowledge was refreshing. I'm all set now with my new debit card and all the information I need to start my banking with Liberty. Thank you Andrea!!
