As early retirees with assets but limited
“Income” we thought it would be a struggle to get a mortgage. Our realtor suggested talking to Sal first and we are so happy we did! Sal was fantastic, he works with your situation to help you find the best option. The UW we worked with Luisa was wonderful. She told us exactly what we needed to get her. She responded quickly to any questions we had. We got our approval quickly and were kept in the loop the entire process. Everyone we dealt with in Sals office was responsive and very professional. I highly recommend this fabulous team of professionals for your next mortgage.

Words can’t express the type of people Sal and Luisa truly are. I had very little knowledge on mortgages and what comes with a successful approval. Sal takes the time to explain the process and gave me heads up on what to expect moving forward he knows everything there is to know about a successful approval he is also well known and respected by many including my family and I. Luisa works with Sal and has over 30yrs experience she is absolutely amazing. Luisa has made sure this whole process went as smooth as it did I reached out to her even after hours and she was glad to help. I told luisa “I’m not computer savvy at all” and Luisa would say “no worries, I’m here just let me know” which was very reassuring. I recommend these two dynamic duels to all my friends and family cause I know for a fact they will make long lasting impression of nothing but joy and happiness for any family buying their future forever home. Once again thank you both so much.

We used LENDirect Mortgage for our house mortgage. We were very impressed with Sal's expertise, professionalism, and support throughout the process. He explained the entire mortgage process to us, was constantly available whenever we had questions, and was transparent with us regarding rates and finding the best loan for our situation. He made this process seamless by handling communications for the appraisal, attorney, etc. Luisa & Jennifer were also extremely helpful to get our loan processed as soon as possible- I especially commend Luisa for her professionalism, patience, and kindness while working with me to get all the necessary documentation to close in just two weeks. We were successful in closing in two weeks thanks to this team- I highly recommend LENDirect Mortgage & will inevitably use them again in the future!

Honestly cannot recommend Sal and his team enough. I had a lot of questions as a first-time homebuyer and Sal went above and beyond in walking me through my options, number-crunching, etc. Sal also really went to bat for me once I submitted an offer, advocating on my behalf and ensuring the process went as smoothly as possible. The rest of the team was great too - we worked with Luisa who was a pleasure to work with, and similarly helped answer our (many) questions. The team's experience really showed throughout the process, and I would strongly recommend LENDirect.

The team at LENDirect is absolutely fantastic! Sal, Luisa, and Jennifer are the backbone of this operation, and their support is invaluable. Jennifer works wonders with our documentation, always quick and efficient. Sal truly goes above and beyond, especially in such a challenging housing and financial market. He's been there every step of the way, even outside of regular hours, to guide us through the complexities of buying our first home. He's helped us develop effective strategies for making offers and maximizing our purchasing power in a tough market with low inventory and high mortgage rates. We can't thank Sal enough for his dedication! And then there's Luisa, who's an absolute gem; keeping us on track and organized once our offer was accepted. I work with Sal & Team in the capacity as a Transaction Coordinator for several Real Estate Agents. They are incredibly knowledgable, professional, communicative, and wonderful to work with on every transaction. They get the files cleared to close in record time, which makes everyone on both sides of the deal happy, and I never have to wonder where we stand on anything, because Luisa has usually told me before I even have to ask!
