“This Home Depot may be smaller than others but I had to leave a review for the customer service desk worker named Lailah. On 7/3 I had a difficult return on an item purchased by my contractor (who went missing on me) Lailah was so patient and went above and beyond finding the order to do the return instead of a “we can’t do it” she made a horrible situation a bit better. Thank you again!”

“I could not have had a better experience! I live in Manhattan and had tried three places here to be ghosted by two of them. I walked into Galleria with no expectation and was greeted warmly by Jenuarie and she was fabulous. She was patient in helping me decide what I wanted to do. I thought I could mix tile companies for an accent tile while never considering the exact dimensions of the tiles may not blend. She pointed this out and from that point I changed direction of what I was doing. After picking out tiles we went to the warehouse for the countertop and the first one I saw was the one I wanted. I also learned I need a fabricator which had not been mentioned to me previously. While waiting for sample tiles I saw some beautiful handmade tiles which I now think will be the accent tiles. I ordered one as the company is in California. The rest of the staff was exceptionally kind, helpful and interested in what my plans were when We discussed the hand made tiles. The experience could not have been better. I saw the negative reviews and I can honestly say I can't imagine any of the staff being cold, indifferent or unhelpful. I highly, highly recommend Galleria in Middletown. I just wish we had a place like this in the city!”

“They're pretty cool here. I'm delivering here and they let park in the back no problem. However, the alley dock is ridiculous! Very difficult to get lined up because there is zero room to maneuver! I was brushing the trees and on a patch of dirt that probably everyone winds up on. Be prepared to have your backing skills challenged if you're a semi driver!?”

“Forestville Lumber is the kind of place you just don’t see anymore. The staff isn’t just knowledgeable—they’re lifers, with decades of experience that’s impossible to fake. The owner’s been in the business since he was a kid, and it shows in every detail. Prices? Better than Lowe’s or Home Depot. Expertise? Not even close. If you’re tired of wandering around big-box stores, hoping to find someone who knows what they’re talking about, give Forestville a visit. This is where the pros go—and for good reason.”
“Typical Home Depot. Staff is helpful, mostly, until you can't find something. Then it seems like staff is just as hard to find as what you're looking for. I eventually found some of the things I was looking for, compromised on a project because I didn't want to spend, chose the cheap way out. Didn't see everything I wanted, but got what I needed, so I guess it all worked out.”
“Great location that is organized, well-stocked, and conveniently placed by other useful stores in the Commons. The key kiosk here lets you pay right at the machine instead of going to the checkout counters which is very convenient. Bathrooms were clean. We had to speak to a couple employees about items we needed and they were kind and helpful. I would come here again.”
“BEYOND explanations, today made a quik stop to get my trailer in compliance with DMV inspection and the employee, not only help me find the items I needed but also allowed me to borrow some tools. It was the first time I visited the store and i was impressed with the quality of service. Kudos to the lady at the counter and the man helping inside on the floor.????”
“A surprisingly varied inventory, including most of the things found at a local hardware store plus farm and outdoor tools. Outdoor clothes, tools, gardening equipment, trailer parts, pet and small farm animal foods, baby chicks and ducks, etc.”

Was unable to locate. He then said I’ll get it for you. Rang up my order, told me to pull up my car and he loaded it.

“We got a great deal here on a washer dryer set and will be going back for other things. The washer only had a scratch which was not very noticeable yet we got it for 334 as opposed to the original price of 843. The dryer was unopened so it was brand new at 844. AHAB was very helpful and patient with us and the rest of the staff were also attentive. They had a wide selection of items that is replenished often as well. Very easy to find what you need. Definitely a great place to shop.”

“This Home Depot location is absolutely wonderful! I visited it this evening. The staff were greeting everyone. It was almost like Downton Abbey or when a dignitary visits another nation and a line of people await them. Happy people in orange aprons were everywhere. Even at the very entrance, the guy doing the shopping trolleys greeted me and asked me if I needed help... I asked him if plumbing was in isle 10 and he inexplicably joyfully told me yes with a big smile. I don't know what I did to deserve the royal treatment. Maybe it's this location, maybe it's the time of day, maybe it's Maybelline, but this store is great!”
“So as I walked in and looked around I was asked if there was anything I needed. I like this in a store like Lowes. Items can be difficult to find but someone’s going to assist you when you need it. I was out in less than 5 minutes. I purchased a/c padding for the sun block.”
“The Home Depot in West Hartford is open Monday-Saturday 6am-10pm and Sunday 9am-6pm all season and the Home Depot in Enfield is open Monday-Saturday 6am-10pm and Sunday 8am-8pm all season. Other Home Depot stores are open Monday-Saturday 6am-9pm and Sunday 8am-8pm or 8am-7pm.”

“We wanted to recognize Paul K ( Irishman) who actually stopped and asked if he can help us instead of just walking by and having us track down an employee ( like at Lowe’s). He not only showed us where the products were but gave his advice and recommendations as well. He went out of his way to walk us around the store looking for other things that we mentioned and even offered my daughter a bottle water when she said she was thirsty. It was one of the best service we’ve had , way better than Lowe’s ! You have a great employee in Mr Paul K. I will be coming back to Home Depot over Lowe’s because of your friendliness and helpfulness.”
