“Kudo's to the staff at Michaels. My wife needed some very small brass screws to repair her jewelry case. Home Depot and Lowes did not have anything even close. We decided to try Michaels because this sort of thing may be used in some kind of craft project. They did not stock the screws either, but one of the staff suggested they had some small unfinished wooden boxes that also had small brass screws. Sure enough, the box which only cost $1.99 had the four screws that we needed! Problem solved! This solution happened because the professional staff, really knows their products.”

They also have a complete variety of art and hobby supplies for every age group. A lot of the merchandise is color coordinated and easily accessible. The store is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. There is also plenty of parking.”
