I worked with Vin for buying my first home. He was very knowledgable and accommodating by working with us around our work schedules. Our sellers had requested an expedited close as they had a work trip that would delay buying for an undisclosed amount of time. Vin worked with us to expedite the process without hesitation. Even our relator said it was one of the smoothest transaction he's ever seen. I could not have asked for a better lender! Thank you Vin!

Vin was amazing start to finish. He has all the answer to the million questions we had. He went above and beyond from what we think his job would include to make sure we understood everything and every option. He was able to get us the lowest rate out of the 8 people I contacted. He makes things happen and is very good with keeping you updated and in the loop. He definitely made this process much more enjoyable and a lot less stressful. We have and will be recommencing him to anyone looking. Still to this day, (over a month later) he still answers all the questions we have.

Amazing, amazing, amazing!
We have never had a more simple and comprehensive experience than dealing with Vin Biscoglio and Smartly Home Loans. We had more support than ever before through the buying of our new home and had no issues through the entire process. Typically dealing with the lenders and everything is such a pain and stressful with a new purchase and move. Vin made it easy, understandable, and communicated through the entire process without much effort on our part. Best experience my wife and I have ever had dealing with a lender. We had our dream home picked out and we had no concerns about not being able to get to the finish line with Vin.
The reports he sends over regarding the home and its value is amazing and easy to follow. Makes understanding the complicated paperwork and process so much understandable and less stressful. Also allows us to see and understand our home value and where our investment is!

Vin was amazing! It was recommended online that using a broker was much better than going with a mortgage company because they can shop around rates. They were right! Not only that, I was cleared to close much faster. This helped my offer get accepted by the seller. Super easy process. Would definitely use Vin again and recommend to anyone.

Vin Biscoglio - Mortgage 95 - Highly Recommended Vin did an awesome job getting us our mortgage in such a short time frame (Clear to Close in under 2 weeks!). We had to make a cash offer to secure our purchase with the intention of a re-finance after closing…I talked to Vin based on a recommendation from a friend. It was great - no BS, the most straightforward mortgage experience of my life - e documentation was a breeze - eliminated all paperwork- until the closing(which is required by CT law). My wife and I were completely satisfied with the process which was completely transparent and free of mystery fees. Will definitely go back to Mortgage 95 for future home financing requirements!
