I like this little store. I try to stop in her at Christmas time to buy a nice ornament.The staff here is always so kind and helpful. They have even helped me select a good, hidden gem of an ornament on occasion.The location is in a very nice safe area. There is a small parking lot as well as some on street parking.I'll see you in December...

Great gift shop with everything you don't need, but would love to have/ give a gifts. They employ people with intellectual disabilities which fits into my views perfectly. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Found some great gifts! I was offered help to bring my purchases to my car even

In my two experiences of entering the store, i was greeted warmly. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the items in the store. The products at the Berlin store make great gifts for personalizing homes and making it more inviting. I highly recommend supporting this store. To hire individuals with disabilities is a great idea. It empowers them and I love the concept. I wish more stores worked under the same method. I will be sure to return there and, for the first time, the West Hartford store. Thank you.

I’ve been there 2 times. The 1st time the people were down right unfriendly. Today’s visit consist of my mask falling a bit when I walked in . Instead of a hello or welcome. I received pull your mask up. Will NEVER go back.’EVER.

I recently placed an order with Good Cause gifts. Pam was wonderful with my order. We talked several times, and she and the other staff members were so helpful. Several of my friends and I ordered together, and we couldn't be more pleased with the customer service. The two boxes that arrived at my house were so well packaged. Everything inside was in perfect condition. Thank you Good Cause Gifts.
