After thorough research, I decided on purchasing a specific set of recommended all weather tires for my Subaru Forester. As I am extremely selective on who works on my car, I did research on various tire dealers throughout the Hartford area, and Connecticut Tire seemed to have the highest number of recommendations. After pricing the tires on the Connecticut Tire website, I was pleasantly surprised that the cost for the tires was very reasonable, and submitted my request. The next morning, I received a call from Dave at Connecticut Tire, who assured me they would have the exact tires I was seeking within two days, and we set the appointment to have them installed. I was also very pleased that Dave did not attempt to talk me out of purchasing the tires that I wanted or try to sell me other tires. I dropped the car off on a Friday morning, and within a few hours I received a call that it was ready. I was especially impressed that they made it a point to hand torque the wheel assemblies to factory specifications. All in all I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of Connecticut Tire, and plan to return when my other vehicles need tires.

Wasted my time =money. Told them before I came 20min away, that my rims had spacers. Get there see the bbs rs. And says I can't do the work. WASTED MY TIME.

They bent over backwards to help me out with my tires and my washer windshield fluid, that the dealer had dropped the ball on. I’ll be getting all my routine maintenance at CT Tire from now on.
