I just called for a part, me not having any experience with Vw's guy on the other end was super rude. First and last time calling. I really need the part but won't buy it from them at all.

weirdest thing. im a regular paying customer. last 4 years. But when i called today with a question to show him a part to identify, owner Dave lazily replied "What's in it for me?" And suggested i go to someone a two hour trip away...to SHOW him a simple VW part to match. Never had a problem in multiple transactions in the past, and now this rudeness. Not courteous, polite or professional.

It's been couple times I buy parts from Dave and I paid in Cash, the part was wrong and I tried to change,he don't want to get the parts back,he became a very disrespectful and acting rude.He believe is the only person got part VW... paid in cash he don't charge taxes and he is a very corrupted in individual after all..if you been in same situation make a review to all VW website related to bug City.or make a complaint to BBB of Connecticut.. maybe he needs a lesson .thanks
