Very poor,disappointed how the 2 dress shirts I received back very wrinkled needed next morning for a funeral brought them back same day to get them redone girl said that machine is down for the nite wanted refund for the 2 shirts girl said she can't refund

Very professional and personable front-facing employees. Speedy return of clean clothing. Clear and consistent communication through email. Nice discounts. It ain’t cheap, but in this case you get what you pay for.

I have always enjoyed the services here however, my most recent experience was VERY disappointing! I had an item that was soiled with make up and when I picked it up, the stains were still present! I was told they would re-clean for no charge however I was later told they were unable to remove the make up. Im
Not certain that upon the second attempt that anything was actually done to clean the dress!!! This concerned me because I’ve supported this business quite frequently so now what do I do to resolve this issue, seek a NEW cleaners???

Over charged me again! Paid to dry clean a basic cotton shirt that should have been laundry! It keeps happening and will not come back here. Already the most expensive in the area. Clerk was unable to correct the $ error

I recently had the pleasure of using Best Clean for my daughter's coat, and I must say, they did an exceptional job! Not only was the coat cleaned to perfection, but the service provided was also exceptional. The staff were friendly, respectful, and truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Best Clean for all of cleaning needs.
