“I have been pleased with Schaller, since the time I bought my car (thank you, salesman John Benner). Service has always been good. And today, my tire pressure dipped low and I drove over there to see if someone could add air (I was having trouble with the air pump due to dexterity issues). Louis (or Lewis , or Luis—not sure of the correct spelling) took the time to check and fill all my tires, not just the one I knew for sure was a bit soft. It’s a little thing, but it’s a big thing in terms of good customer service. Thumbs up and thank you, Schaller.”
“I recently had the pleasure of leasing a new vehicle from Tasca Ford. Everyone that I came in contact with was extremely professional & friendly. Colin Frayne, the sales manager who I worked with, was exceptional. I custom ordered my new truck and he helped make sure that all the options I was looking for were ordered correctly. He gave me a time frame on when the the truck would be built & arrive at the dealership, and he was right on time with his estimate. When I picked up the truck, the finance manager, Kat Kelly, did a great job educating me on the financial obligations associated with the deal. She was very efficient in processing the documentation and personable in doing so. All in all I had a great experience in leasing my new truck from Tasca Ford and look forward to working with them again in the future.”

“Even though they towed my friend car they didn't have to let her take it cause it wasn't registered but they did and he even put it back up on the truck and towed it to another parking lot because he couldn't let her drive it out of the yard so we followed him up the Berlin turnpike to a empty parking lot where he dropped it and she drove it from there He didn't have to let it go and she would have lost her car by the time it would have taken too get it registered a two Hundred dollar bill would of been $1,000.00 or more She definitely lucked out of that one thanks tow truck driver for being understanding”
