I have been with Achieve since 2013, and I can say they're the best among all the banks I have dealt with. Excellent interest rate on loans and great process for everything.I wish I could have it everywhere in the states.

My car was totaled and I had been going through the run around with the insurance agent assigned to my case. I want to give a special shout-out to Debbie and Jennifer of the Berlin office, because they took the responsibility of dealing with the insurance agent into their own hands and making sure that I didn’t have to worry about my loan being paid off, because they did all the hard work and we’re adamant about following up with me. I appreciate achieve financial and I highly recommend anyone to start a relationship with this financial institution in the future. They really do go the extra mile!

This bank has illegal practices, and then gets upset when you swear being upset. That's okay I'll be sending the federal trade consumer protection a letter and anyone else I need to . Calabro is **** in Spanish. This is ridiculous. Interesting how a bank that has broken the law can send me the most unprofessional letter swindle my money and over charged me hitting everything at once to get late fees . I had 7 tabs open, all with different credit unions in CT shopping for an auto loan. I got through 2 where I did not like the rates or the terms. Then I got Todd, who was a pleasure to deal with in the loan department and pretty much convinced me without knowing it not to shop around any further for an auto loan. Good Experience.
