This dojo is an excellent place to learn a traditional Japanese martial art in a traditional fashion.

I am SO happy that I joined this practice of Aikido. The dojo is very welcoming and accepting. Everyone is supportive and encouraging! It is truly a blessing to be a part of this wonderful community.

Having studied a wide variety of martial arts for over 35 years, I can tell you this is an excellent dojo. We study aikido the traditional way, and Laura Pavlick Sensei has created a warm and accepting community where we all support each other to improve. What a great place to practice!
Litchfield Hills Aikikai (LHA) is a traditional aikido dojo. As a martial arts center for the whole family we offer classes for adults, teens and children. LHA is a member of the United States Aikido Federation (USAF) and is thereby directly affiliated with Aikikai World Headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.
