Suddenly had no water coming out of the tap. Bob was here shortly after we called, diagnosed the problem (pump died) and installed a new pump and tank within a few hours. Would highly recommend - professional, honest and responsive.

Bob and his associates are excellent. Installed a system to pump lake water for irrigation a few years ago; it has performed flawlessly. Have subsequently had him install a water softener. Excellent service, reasonable prices, top quality products/system components installed. Bob is always punctual, shows up when he says, works efficiently, and billing is also prompt and very clear. Top tier all around.

Woke up to no water this morning. Called Affordable Water Systems at7AM; spoke with the answering service, received a call back from Bob within 5 minutes. Bob and his colleague were here at 8AM and by 10:30AM we had running water again after having to change the well pump. Terrific company to work with; they will also be servicing my water conditioning system going forward. Thank you, Bob!

Fast response - excellent work - both thorough and efficient. Diagnosed just the precise issue and fixed that instead of replacing our entire system like another local company had insisted. Saved us thousands of dollars.

Right now I would like to post just one star, but I have to admit the job performed was satisfactory. HOWEVER, good luck trying to get a hold of anyone after the system is installed. There is an automated answering service (which I suspect serves a number of businesses, not just Affordable) which can put you on hold for quite some time. Calls may take days to be returned. In all fairness, I have never had to report an emergency, so maybe a response would be more forthcoming in that situation. Just SO FRUSTRATING.

I have been using Affordable Pump for the last 9 years and find their service to be excellent. Bob is professional and truly cares about the work they do. They are professional and always lay out your options in black and white. I would highly recommend them.
