My sister and I took a trip in today to find something that would help her anxiety. Eric greeted us kindly and was a massive help from the moment we walked in. So very knowledgeable, patient, and kind! A great experience and a great employee! Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Walked in on a whim and the guy working was very helpful and Patient answering my questions. Gave me samples to try. Yup they worked and went back and purchased. Same guy working. Took his time and very simple and friendly process.

We had a very disappointing, quite frankly, alarming, experience in the Avon store this week with one particular sales person. The other salesperson was delightful and engaging. The adverse experience led us to reconsider this product. Ultimately we decided to make our purchase at the Southington location, and will likely never return to the Avon location again.I have left my contact information with a Your CBD employee in Southington, and am asking here for the owner Scott Zabka to call me directly, and not simply an anonymous reply here. I have not heard back in two days. Scott, as a community and corporate leader in the service industry, I am stunned as to the way we were treated by one employee. In your promotional release in January, if I recall correctly, you noted an approach of warmth and welcoming. That was not our experience at all.Cheers and warm regards.

Do not shop here!I called ahead to ask if I could do returns. The young, chipper sounding girl who answered the phone said, sure , come right in. No problem!When I got there , there were mucho problems. She CLAIMED she could not locate my orders even though they have only been open a month!So, to say it succinctly, these people are dishonest, and relish wasting the customers time!

I just visited yesterday and already recommended this shop to my friends and family. The store has a great selection of products, well organized and very clean. So conveniently located too! I went in with loads of questions and was welcomed by Aisia. She was incredibly knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I left feeling very comfortable with my purchase and already plan to return for more products! This is definitely a shop you should stop by.
