It was fine, but I waited 40 minutes in line (after telling them I had my broken phone for my check in reason) for them to then tell me to make a claim online and they'll mail me a phone. The door said "Broken phone? Come on in!" But then they don't actually do anything for you. They were nice though

Went in with my girlfriend to get her on my phone plan, and upgrade my phone. Wasn't the easiest transaction, due to the question we had ask. We were told about an increase of an aditional 80 dollar difference for a payment as we were walking out the door, due to there mistakes, which was a comeplete blindside to us, but I just kinda accepted it, then one I was reviewing my account and the documents I was given, I noticed to things. One the line they had "refunded" due to an error on the empolyees part (that part im still not super clear on) was never cancelled on the account, so I got to spend 3 hours with verizon customer support the same night to fix. But also the empolyee had signed the customer agreement documents as well, so I had no chance to review the documents as well. This geniuely has me concerned about the customer service and attention to detail of verizon in the future, and is seriously making me think about paying off my devices and switching in the next month or two. To anyone else beware, I would recommend the Enfield or West Springfield Verizon stores if you need something done.

Saved my relationship with Big Red! Without going into too much of the backstory, my first ever trade-in for the brand new Samsung s23 promotion went sideways immediately. The website could not identify either phone during the trade-in process even though they had been verified before my purchase. Fortunately the manager and assistant manager were able to pull this dumpster fire together and I've been getting my bill credits successfully since March 2023.

Ryan, their store mgr according to his nametag, is useless. He couldn't perform a simple iPad exchange. The store had no 15 Pro Max's in stock on launch day. This store personnel is rude and incompetent.

We traded in our 2 old phones for new phones. On Aug 7 we dropped off the old phones. Only one phone was returned to the Verizon warehouse. We have been to the Verizon store multiple times and the remaining phone has yet to be sent to the warehouse. Now Verizon has cancelled the credit related to the trade in phone that is still at the store. After multiple communications with Verizon, we have no confidence that this issue will be appropriately resolved.

This review is for the Avon store. I purchased a phone case from Verizon when I purchased my phone. The case now falls off the phone. I went to the store for help and was told that they no longer handle this case and that I would have to go directly to the manufacturer. The agent was rude and did not even ask to see the case. I would have thought he would at least take a look and see if there was something he could do...but no, not even a try at helping. What happened to customer service?

My daughter and I went into the Avon Verizon store to try and get help with an ongoing issue with our bill. The error was actually due to a salesperson not applying a promotion and our monthly bill was over $1,000. A “manager” named George was brought over to help. Instead of listening to us, he launched into a verbal assault and was extremely condescending. I had to walk out of the store and instead get help from Customer Support on the phone. George has no business working with the public.

I walked in and there were a lot of people signed up to get service, the manager spoke to me, his name is George. I told him about the issues I’ve been having with my phone and he took it from me, and within 5 minutes he completely resolved the issue, this was a problem that no one else seemed to understand. I’m super grateful, Verizon for life. Thanks George!
