Used to be my favorite branch to do transactions. After Covid hits, operating like deer under headlights? Every time I go there, a simple deposit takes more than 1 hr. There is only one teller service which operates at the pace of snail. I also do transactions with Peoples bank. They always keep two teller lines open, and often a bank person comes out to help with transactions without waiting for the teller. TD bank is totally lost track of true meaning efficiency in these pandemic times or care less about their customers.Today I pulled my car out after waiting for 30 mins. Couldn't take it any more. Is there any one see these reviews and going to update operating procedures? or else going to loose land standing customers like me.

I went to this branch to use the atm. Took $500 out but the atm never gave me the money. When I called the number on my card they put a claim in and said it would help if I called the branch to see if they found any issues with the atm. When I spoke to an employee at the branch she said they did find some problems with the atm but since I had a claim in there was nothing they could do. It has been 10 days since this happened and I still haven't seen my money back and every time I call to get a status they give me another date that it should be corrected. This bank treats you as if you are guilty, but if they gave me too much money they would have been in my account the next day getting it back. Their policy is if their atm doesn't give you your money they get to hold onto it for 10+ business days. Or whenever they feel like getting around to it. Beware of TD Bank atms
