This is our first experience with O’Neill Chevrolet…and we couldn’t be happier! Courtney was our salesperson and delivered one of the most amazing customer experiences I can remember. Her personality and caring attitude instantly attracted us. From then on it was a seamless process from test drive to purchase.The entire staff, especially Courtney is dedicated to delivering an excellent experience,even when dealing with an out of state transaction.

My husband and I drove up from New York to look at a truck listed for sale and had a wonderful experience!!! We dealt directly with Courtney. From the start, she was communicative, transparent, and very friendly. We’ve been searching for weeks and have had nothing but horrendous experiences with other salespeople and dealerships. She was kind enough to take thorough photos and videos for us before we made the drive up. Courtney did not pressure us at all and truly cares about her customers and wants them to be happy with their purchase. Although we did not end up purchasing the truck from this dealership and ended up finding something elsewhere, we would still highly recommend this dealership and working with Courtney!

We did not need a third car (as we have already have 2 cars) till summer (when my older son would be back from college). But, Bolt EV was having great discounts and we decided to buy the car. We also knew that their was a $1,500 CT state cash back that one could get for the car. We gave a price that we were willing to pay for the car. The price was accepted immediately. We confirmed a couple of times that we will still be getting the CT state $1,500 cash back. The salesperson stated that we would be entitled to that money when we file our taxes. We went to sign the papers. One of the papers stated that the price of the car includes the $1,500 CT state cash back. They were giving the dicount to us when they agreed to the price of the car and they will get that money back. So, we felt misinformed as the price that we had agreed on included the $1,500 CT state discount. We should have walked off. We had already started signing the papers. I guess the subtle pressure made us complete the process of buying the car. I did not expect that a car dealer would ask us to sign papers to give the CT state discount of $1,500 to them. I guess next time I will be prepared to walk off when a car dealer does something similar.

They said my car not able to fixed for less than 6,000. I brought it to Neilgon’s in Bloomfield and they fixed it for $600.00. O’Neill’s just wanted us to buy a new car from them

Best experience buying a SUV ever!!!!!!! Courtney was amazing, just like hanging out with a friend and buying a car at the same time. She worked really hard to get me the price that I was comfortable paying, and didn't pressure me into anything. The whole dealership is so friendly and you feel like you are part of the family. My husband even ended up buying a truck from them the week before, Akeem treated him so well and went way beyond to get him the truck he wanted!! Do not drive by this dealership without experiencing the best team out there!!!!

Yes, five stars. I had a very, very old car. I'd been using cars.com to get notifications of sales on the car I had in mind, a newer (but not new) Subaru Forester. An amazing deal kept popping up for a 2017 Forester, very nicely equipped, fairly priced and wicked low mileage at this dealership. I finally bit the bullet and notified them, via email, that I was coming in to test drive this one. Minutes after I dropped my email, Kathleen called me from the front office. I told her I'd be by within the hour. My wife and I showed up and met a wonderful sales person, Courtney. We instantly clicked and while driving the car, I said "this is the one I'm buying". This was around 10am. My very old car wasn't worth much (I knew this going in) and we got $500 for my car's trade in. Courtney said if we wanted this car, she could make it happen....today. So we left a deposit on our credit card (for the points of course) and headed to our bank to get a cashiers check for the rest of what we wanted to put down. Courtney called at 2:30 asking if 3pm would work for a pick up. Yes, it works. So 6 hours after driving this car, it was mine. She was FABULOUS, no pressure and honestly, felt like a friend when we left. (we hugged--who hugs their car salesperson?)- I guess I do, when it's someone as comfy and sweet as Courtney.

You need a car ask for Courtney! You won't be sorry! I bought my care in less than 90 minutes. Most of the visit was me learning about the car and all it does. Consider a Buick... You get a lot of bang for your buck!

I had a great experience at O'Neill's. They went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I went in there with a pre- approved loan from my bank and Lou actually got me a lower interest rate. They gave me a fair price for my trade in and a fair price on the new truck. This is my eighth new vehicle and I've had some bad experiences with other dealerships. Thank you Dave and Lou for making me feel good all the way around with my purchase.

Emissions testing was fast and the service people are the absolute most polite employees of anyplace I have been. Car maintenance is expensive but at least I always leave feeling like a valued customer.

I definitely recommend getting a vehicle here. I love my purchase. Got a great warrantee from Lou and ask for Courtney in sales she will get you the vehicle that most fits your needs.
