Went there and the stylist that usually cuts my hair was no longer there so I chose first available, the stylist was not very friendly and did a poor job on the haircut. Glad I found my regular stylist Evelyn working in Bristol. Its a little further but well worth the extra time.

Wait times are deceptive and inaccurate. 17 mins turns into 30 then 2 more people were called in front of us. I hope the cuts are not as bad as the customer service.

Disappointed this AM that the store is supposed to be open at 9am Thursday. No one was there, I waited more than 20 minutes decided to leave

Kenny! I highly recommend Kenny for all hair cuts, particularly for kids with special needs. He is patient, respectful and responsive. I always appreciate the time and care he spends with my sons.

We took my Dad to visit Kenny today and he did fabulous job on his hair! He’s 86 and the cut Kenny gave him makes him look 10 years younger. Everyone in his community was raving about his new doo! Kenny gets a 10+ for service & talent. ??

This is the 2nd time I come here during business hours (as posted online) and the store is closed. They have a flyer saying new hrs. But you don't know until you get here. And each time I wanted .y son to get his hair cut, ill call ahead and no one ever answers. This is frustrating, 2nd time I waste an hr waiting for them to open. If the hrs have changed then update them online aswell

The check in and time frame thing so you don't just sit and wait is a game changer. All the stylists I have used there are professional, nice, and do a quick but good job on my hair.

They asked what I wanted. I had just cut my beard due to my military orders. All I wanted was a number 1 trim on the sides blended into the existing hair length on the top. When she goes to fade it in she sprays it with water and immediately cuts an inch off the top. I also asked if she could trim my eyebrows and was told no problem. She didn't listen to that either. I paid and left a tip, it's not about the money. I just want some customer service that listens to what you want and does what you ask like a professional. Apparently I can't get that service from the person that cut my hair. All they seem to know is one type of hairstyle and want to push people through to get to the next appointment and bank the tips. This was my 3rd attempt in two years to give them a chance without a negative review. I will not return to here again.Service: Haircut
