Needed a quart of paint for some touch up. Brought in a paint chip to see if they could match. Since I had peeled the chip there was some residual (and different color on both sides)I was clear which color I wanted. When I got home I realized they had mixed the other color mistakenly. I get it. Mistakes happen. I went back the same day, brought another chip and showed the same person that had mixed the original batch what had happened. They acknowledged the error and mixed a new batch but insisted that I had to pay full price for the new quart. Since he wasn't the manager he wasn't authorized to give me "free" paint.

I had two great experiences here! Brandon was able to help us with a dilemma during our most recent visit, and he has wonderful customer service skills. Another gentlemen helped us during our first visit, I didn’t have the receipt to get his name, but he was also very knowledgeable. Great store for your painting needs!
