We have been with the Unionville Branch for 18 years and as we all know this branch was closed down and we were transferred to this Avon Branch, obviously a big difference to a local community branch versus the Avon branch approach. Apparently you have to make a appointment for non teller type typical branch transactions as basic as a overseas wire transfer ? Sometimes these services are needed at short notice but no you have to make an appointment ...... and oh by the way try phoning the bank and see how long that takes if the call even gets answered. One of the benefits to using Santander was its international global presence ..... and not just that we may have been spoiled by the friendly, customer centric service in Unionville but still perplexed.with the Avon branch attitude? We will be looking for another branch.

I love the lettering on the outside of this particular bank. it makes me feel like it's a warm and welcoming place. I also like the color of the building and the roof.
