“This past week I was trying to organize a lobster bake for the 4th of July down at the shore. Having called quite a few places it seemed Price Chopper had the best deal. My concern was that they would run out. I called and asked them if they would hold 20 lobsters for me. Initially on the first call they said they don’t hold lobsters however there should be plenty. I then hung up the phone and called back and asked them when a good time to come in and get said lobster would be. I was then told we could only get 6. Long story short there was a miscommunication amongst employees. However after speaking to the manger they promised me 20 since there was a misunderstanding. Long story short I got 20 lobsters and I can’t even begin to express my gratitude to Steve L. He went above and beyond to assist me. He was patient, friendly and so kind. He is an absolutely wonderful employee. Not only did he take the time to help with ice and packing but also helped me out to my car with the cooler full of lobsters. Steve L if you read this, I can not thank you enough for making my friends and families 4th of July celebration so amazing. You truly were the catalyst for making us all have such a special celebration and day. You deserve a raise, party and a celebration for your dedication and excellence in customer service at Price Chopper! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Definitely found my new preferred pharmacy! Stopped in here on my lunch break to inquire about buying original sudafed since it’s heavily regulated. The pharmacy manager, i forgot her name, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the questions I had. I bought that and also some anti-histamine allergy medication, both at a great price. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and the pharmacist’s warm and personable demeanor was a refreshing change from my current pharmacist who always answers my questions in a very rude, condescending way. I highly recommend getting your medication here!”

“I stopped by about 2 weeks ago with a prescription for a maternity support belt. The young lady by the name of Shameka was extremely nice and very helpful. I went in handed her my prescription, she came from around the counter to measure my waist, and in less than 5 minutes I had my maternity support belt in hand and on my way out. I spent less than 15 minutes there and was extremely happy with Shameka's customer service skills and her quick turn around time.”

Now I usually talk to George and Pauline (I think I’m sorry) and I have nothing but nice things to say about them. They also go above and beyond. The staff are always very sweet and answer any questions and my scripts are always filled in a timely manner. I will never go anywhere else. They truly are amazing.”
“Makes me laugh every time I call for my meds. Goes above and beyond whenever there's a issue with insurance. I'm very busy, and forget to refill, but he's proactive with getting new refill authorizations approved from my doctor. He remembers everything. Everyy business should have this level of service.”

“Today was my first time at this CVS store, and I was genuinely impressed by the service I received.
The cashier greeted me with a warm smile and a cheerful “good morning.” I asked about passport photos, and when she saw I had three small children, she kindly said, “For kids? No problem, I’ll do it for you — just hold them.”
The store’s camera wasn’t working, but she went above and beyond — using her own phone to take the photos of my three daughters. She even went out of her way to find stickers for my toddler.
She was respectful, proactive, and incredibly kind. I’m so thankful for the attention and care we received today.
I truly hope CVS encourages more employees to follow her example. We need more people like her — human, helpful, and capable of serving all kinds of customers with dignity.”
