We always use this petco and all the staff are awesome. We recently got a new puppy and needed to exchange the harness we got him for a bigger size. Tameeka was amazing and made the process so easy! She was super friendly and helpful and let me know if we had any issues with the dog play pen I was also picking up that day we could return that no problem as well. 10/10 would recommend

Outstanding service!
This team does an excellent job and grooms well. Solomon does and excellent job every time I bring anakin(dog) for service. I cannot recommend this branch more! This will be our new place!

Awesome place. I didn't even know they groomed dogs and they're surprisingly more affordable than other places in Avon/Farmington.

A decent Petco in the area. There was a grooming and adoption area. I can't say much about those services since I haven't used it. The store was organized and well stocked. You can find all of your pet needs there. I decided to check out the pet section for my toddler since he loves hamsters.They had a pretty big fish section. They had a bunch of beta fishes separate from the others for obvious reasons. There was a bird cage with a few beautiful parakeets. There were plenty of guinea pigs, mice, rats, gerbils, and hamsters. The animals looked well fed and the cages were clean.

Store usually is well stocked. Staff are helpful if needed, but do not go out of their way. Adequate to find most pet needs. Petco tends to run good specials.

There's no one else I'd trust for my pup's grooming needs than Erica! She always does a fantastic job. And she's one of the nicest people. Such peace of mind knowing my little loves are in good hands.

Everytime I call in the morning to set up a grooming appointment, no one answers the phone. You need someone just to answer calls and set up appointments.

I was there for a long time because I was reading ingredients on freeze dried food, because for the best quality bones should not be listed as a healthy ingredient. I have been learning a lot about foods for my dogs.

Really sweet & helpful staff. Special thank you to the girl that works there, not sure her name but I believe she’s new. She turned a very sad situation for my kids into a positive one. We lost our pet tortoise and to cheer my kids up, she took them over to the hamster section and had the kids play with them until they felt a little bit better.
