The Reviews say it all! I have obtained 4 mortgages in my 35 years of life and this company is by far the worst mortgage provider I have ever worked with. I work with Trish Martin very un professional, almost as if doing her job is a burden. I highly recommend NOT using this company!

They deposited my first payment check in July, then 4 months later, they sent me a letter saying that they did not receive my check. Are their servicing dept scammers or stupid???

Norcom did not come through with the best rates for my original mortgage quote, but they were very responsive and helpful in understanding some of the details. They matched an alternate supplier's rate originally and I chose them to go through the process. However, in the long term before closing, they had issues allowing lower rates from that other competitor (stating that I needed to get a full application submitted through which would affect my credit score which I wanted to avoid), even though we weren't under the rate lock terms yet. They had even misquoted a rate (for lower than it actually was) without realizing it and they would not honor the misquoted rate at their expense. Once the mortgage was fully locked in, they sold it to a different mortgage lender in the first two weeks of having it.They also do not have much information security built in it seems like. Once I closed on the house, I received about 20 different letters from various places for mortgage scams and mortgage insurance scams. I presume that was a leak through their system as they were the only ones who had access to the address, or they are selling information after they close. It did not make me feel great about the security of my information with them.While the upfront assistance was helpful, that quickly declined through the process and I will be avoiding Norcom in the future.

There’re just scammers and they keep charging you for things that they are supposed to cover for new construction. I worked with Kevin Allen and I really do not recommend his services. Horrible experience.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I needed assistance and was told exactly what to email to their customer service department (that you can’t contact by phone only by a special email) apparently they also needed a piece of paper with my signature on it (was never told this) and instead of replying to my email or calling me which I said “please let me know if you need anything else” the issue was never resolved and now another week later I’m dealing with an even worse situation. When calling the basic customer service line they told me they are not aloud to reply or contact back from that email. What kind of customer service is that? Ridiculous.
