Went they yesterday looking for some sneakers for my kids. The girl at the registered didn't walk up to me to answer my questions she yelled from across the room and didn't feel like she or the other people wanted to help . My son like one when I ask for the price which non of them are tagged she said $150. Then said $200. I was like I have to buy for 2 kids. That's crazy. We walked around but at no time did she walked to us she just yelled across the room. I know we got they just before closing time but maybe it would have made a difference. I have no problem paying for great service.

My mom and I went to New Balance. We were greeted in a professional way. Skylar did an excellent job fitting my mom into her new sneakers. Thank you so much Skylar for everything

The store and service was excellent. I am very particular about the shoes I wear. I tried on many, many pairs. I purchased two different pairs, exactly what I was looking for. Anthony was fantastic and patient and knows his New Balance shoes. I will definitely return when I need more athletic shoes. We need more retail stores that are this good at what they do!

I brought my 82 year old grandfather in today to find a pair of shoes to fit comfortably with his new brace. Edison was EXCEPTIONAL. He immediately knew how to fit an OFA brace and which shoes would work well for my grandfather. He was extremely patient and kind. He made this process that was expected to be difficult significantly easier. We ordered a pair of shoes for my grandfather and left with a lot of peace of mind about his health. A big thanks to Edison, I hope that this somehow gets to him and he gets the recognition he deserves.

I have been enjoyihng the benefits of wearing my New Balance sneakers for quite a while now. If you have flat feet - Yes, like I do -the NB sneaks work wonders. Walking is once again pleasureable and the increase in distance I can achieve is remarkable. Also, the color ain't too shabby. Stay Fresh & Crunchy!

I had a problem with UPS delivering to another address. I called Zack at Avon New Balance, he took care of everything, even tho I had made a mistake on what I thought was a price mistake and I was wrong. He was very professional and had a total customer service attitude. He is an excellent employee to have.

Three months ago, I went from 40 years of mostly desk jobs to working in a bakery. I bought these special shoes from a company called MISE. Within weeks, I started to develop plantar fasciitis. I bought a pair of Under Armor shoes from another store nearby. But they were not really skid proof. I ordered special shoes off a special website specifically for work crews. It was mostly discontinued, poor quality shoes. I returned those immediately. I finally went to the New Balance store this afternoon. Edison was so much help. I walked out of there wearing a great new pair of walking shoes. And some serious leather skid proof kitchen shoes on the way. I understand why all the serious pastry chefs at work are already wearing these. If your feet hurt and you spend a lot of time on them and you can't afford thousands of dollars for a pair of shoes at the fancy place over by Whole Foods, just go here.

Came in for nonslip work shoes and I was measured, fitted and out the door in 20 minutes with a pair of shoes and insoles that had me walking on clouds. Top notch service and a great product.

I was told over the phone that I would be able to get help at the store with a return, but after driving 45 minutes to the store, I was told that they can’t help and one of the employees were unprofessional.

I had to take my 83 year old, Italian immigrant mom for specially fit sneakers with an insert, per her podiatrist. He suggested your store. Edison assisted us and he was AMAZING. I was surprised, (perhaps due to his young age?), at how knowledgeable he was on the shoes, inserts, etc. He had such patience! He made an otherwise stressful situation stress free. Thanks to these sneakers, my mom is walking more steadily & with comfort.

On Friday, 12/15/23, we took my sister for a new pair of shoes. My sister is mentally challenged and has an issue with really pronated ankles. Theresa waited on us - she was amazing!! She spoke directly to my sister, asked what her interests were and fitted her for a new pair of shoes. It was a great experience thanks to Theresa’s excellent caring and customer service.

I went in with my 85 yo Mom today and Devon helped us both pick out the right shoes and inserts. He is knowledgeable, patient and spent all the time we needed. Rare in retail these days.

I went to new balance in Avon today in such pain I could just about walk. I was so fortunate to meet and have Devon wait on me. He was amazing kind and so patient with me. He spent a good hour with me until he found the right shoes and insoles for me. All I can say I am no longer in pain and I am so grateful to Devon for all he did to help me.
