Jay and Justin are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! I buy all my music needs here. Unlike almost every other music store, they have a tremendous selection of higher-end guitars- including Martin's and Taylor's! Best music place in the state!

Jay at the Avon, CT Music & Arts store helped me track down a very hard to find tuba gig bag for a student-sized tuba. His colleague Michael in the Falmouth, ME store was also very helpful. This is after I struck out a lot of other places. I appreciate their help and persistence.
