“We went to have a blood draw for my son today. As I was talking with the technician after the draw, she noticed my son was starting to pass out, his color faded and we were able to get out arms around him before he fell. The entire staff came, helped us get him safely to the floor, fan him, put ice on him and gave him water. They were professional, attentive, caring and made a scary situation turn out great.”
