Awful Service. Have gone to mashers, Avon for years . Today went for help with paint color ( sales person knew o would be in ). When I walked , it was very busy . The sales person who knew me acknowledged me and said " I'll be with you when I can" I said no problem . 35 minutes latter she came to me and basically gave me the bum's rush " I have to do crowd control . Your showing pictures from a phone , so inaccurate ( tho yesterday when I was there the pictures were fine). Go home and look at your walls again. I'm busy " This took all of 6 minutes . Why could she not have told me when I walked in that she was busy. She was so disinterested. Why is her time more important than mine???? Just say when I walked , too busy today , mind coming back?!??

Needed to touch up our kitchen cabinets, we used Muralo paint, that we painted in 2011. Mahers was able to match our paint color using our existing door.

Nice local shop with a great selection of quality paint. Staff was friendly and patient as we changed our mind several times. Helped us to the car and loaded it in. Will use again.

I contacted this store to find a custom paint color used on a house in Canton (after I got permission and this store's info from the homeowner). Andy was extremely helpful and was able to get me the custom color codes used. He was very pleasant on the phone. We don't live in CT but when we move there in a couple years I would go here for all of my painting needs. Thank you Andy for your help!

During the current Covid-19 events I ordered some custom color paint via phone which was done quickly and completed the invoicing as part of this. By the time I got to the store the paint was complete and ready for pick up. A great example of customer service and adaption to the times we are under. Thank You
