We started our remodel when I was pregnant with our second baby, because of this we had a pretty strict time frame to work around and John was excellent in helping us navigate this. He was there every step of the way, from delivery to install and answered any and all questions we had in a timely manner. We are beyond happy with how our new kitchen turned out and can't thank John enough for how smooth the process went!”

“We had an excellent experience working with Erica Caserta and Showcase Kitchens. It was a new build and we did the kitchen and 4 bathrooms. Erica is fun, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Her ideas and the selections available are fantastic for style, quality and value for the money. She is really focused on ensuring that you are thrilled with the result - we had chosen a kitchen sink and several weeks later Erica contacted me with the idea of changing to a similar sink with a couple of different style points that she thought would make it work even better. We took her suggestion and are thrilled with the result - she was right. She really goes the extra mile to ensure that you are happy. It was also super easy to work with Showcase Kitchens - the terms, contracts, payments, etc. are straightforward and reasonable. I would recommend to everyone. Not sure if we will be doing this type of work again, but, if we do, our first call will be to Erica and Showcase Kitchens.”

“Our challenge was a small interior kitchen with little natural light, very little counter space and poorly designed storage options. Jim and Sara listened to what we wanted and came up with several very creative solutions. They were patient throughout our angst of getting things just right - configuration, color, material, lighting and every detail we could imagine. We now have a wonderful view out to the yard, lots of counter space and lots of thoughtful storage for everything.John, and Ed managed the entire installation process and always kept us informed of the schedule. Everyone who worked in our home - Henry, Daniel, Greg - were always on time, did meticulous work and cleaned up at the end of the day. Our house was treated as a home, not a workshop.Every step was properly managed and, well communicated. We have not one negative remark for the entire process. “We had a major overhaul on our kitchen. The design process was pain free and super helpful. Went with the Georgian style in Winter Blue. The staff at the Newington location were all so courteous and knowledgeable about the products. Going into the VR suite in the design process made things so easy to move drawers/cabinets/counters around in a fluid and practical manner. The contractor they hired for my kitchen was the renovations contractor that built their showroom so I was put at ease with that. The build team (hired by Wren, included in the price) were super neat and asked for feedback on certain options on the fly. The very knowledgeable quality control team came in to ensure the build process was top notch, showing obvious trust in the team they put in place. The whole process from start to finish was absolutely excellent, and we never felt out of the loop or stressed out about it. Thanks!!!”
