I always look forward to my visits to Kevin Edward Jewelers! It's not just a visit to a jewelry store -I feel like it's a visit with my extended family! When you walk through their door, you know you will receive friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous service. Their patient, helpful, friendly, no pressure atmosphere is always appreciated. Having expert Goldsmiths and in-house repairs are a real bonus. If you don't find what you are looking for, they can order it for you. As for repair or redesign of your favorite jewels, no job is too large or small. They have excellent suggestions if you are not sure what you want. I brought a pendant and earrings in that belonged to my mother and had them custom create a ring for me. Today I received an amazing new setting for my mothers diamonds. Not only was the service outstanding, but their jewelry designer handled my diamonds with the utmost care and their precision was impeccable.

This is the best place to go for all jewelry needs! Everyone makes you feel so welcomed, happy, and comfortable. My grandma left me her engagement ring before she passed, and I wanted to use the stones in my own engagement ring and wedding band of choice. My rings are PERFECT! They're so beautiful and are exactly what I envisioned :-)

I wish I could give 6 stars to Kevin Edward Jewelers. Johnna helped my fiancé design the perfect engagement ring, it is utterly beautiful. But that’s not all, Kevin was able to expedite the process and have the ring finished early so that my fiancé could propose on Thanksgiving with our families - it was the best surprise!My gratitude doesn’t end there though. When I brought the ring in to be resized, I realized what a rare find Kevin Edward Jewelers is. At the risk of sounding cliche, I have to say that they truly treated me like family; I felt like family. Johnna was so excited for me, that she made a special appointment for me to get resized. Kevin even offered to come to my work and size me and pick up the ring! Not only that, he arranged for the resized ring to be ready for pickup that very same day - I didn’t have to part with it for more than 7 hours!!I’ve never experienced such exceptional service and honest genuine care. I can’t thank them enough for who they are and what they do…after reading a number of these reviews, it touches my heart to see just how many people the Kevin Edward team have been able to make so happy.This is truly the best jeweler in CT, hands down.

The owner and staff were amazing to work with. My wedding band and engagement ring are old and needed a lot of work. There is also a lot of engraving inside my wedding band. Many jewelers turned me away because of this. Kevin Edwards Jewelers did not. They worked around the engraving and restored my rings. The work was well done and my rings are beautiful. I would definitely use this jeweler again.

Today I brought in my Tag Heuer, which is a watch that isn't even sold at this store. Not only did the very nice lady (I wish I would have caught her name) with dark hair and glasses, fix it, she did not charge me anything for the repair (it was a bent pin that kept my watch strap attached to the watch). I will be coming back for sure!!!!

Kevin Edward Jewelers did an excellent job on my wedding ring!! I went to Kevin Edward Jewelers somewhat last minute before my wedding. I had been communicating with a different local jeweler for months prior to that, and that other jeweler ultimately completely dropped the ball forcing me to look elsewhere causing a great deal of stress. Had I known what I know now, I never would have wasted time and money on the other jeweler who supposedly had a good reputation. Johnna and Kevin were excellent to work with! They were able to make me a custom wedding ring to match my engagement ring and did so very quickly at a very competitive reasonable price. The communication from them throughout the process was excellent. I highly recommend Kevin Edwards Jewelers!!

Horrible and rude. My daughter went to get a watch resized and buy her Grandmother a really good mother's day gift. She was very rudely turned away with the store saying they are too busy. They did not even get to the point where my daughter was looking for something for mother's day. They lost a sale were rude and we will never be back.

I wasn't blown away. I am giving them 3 stars because everyone was polite and basically professional, but I thought that the person who was available wasn't very knowledgable. I had a ring I wanted slightly larger, a vintage watch band that I wanted something custom done to, and a ring I wanted confirmed to be 14k as I had purchased it privately. On the watch band issue she didn't know if what I was looking for was possible she would have to keep it for someone else, she didn't know if the ring was 14k, and she wasn't at all specific regarding what it would cost to enlarge the ring. She was starting to write up the ring enlargement and I decided I would not go forward with that, as it was the least pressing of the 3 matters, and I didn't feel like giving them my business if I had to take my other 2 issues elsewhere anyway. Perhaps my expectations were too high for this particular store, but I have never walked into a reputable jeweler and not had them at least be able to confirm the authenticity of a piece of jewelry, and given that I wasn't just asking for a freebee and I came as someone who would be a paying customer, I expected a bit more than a shrug and a flippant remark about the chance you take when you buy jewelry off ebay, which was not correct, I have recourse if the ring is not genuine, but also not helpful commentary I really don't need to hear. Call me crazy, but you need to actually help your customers if you want to earn their business. I couldn't help but feel like this person really didn't care about earning my business.
