Just came here today for the first time with my two year old and he LOVED it! So much! There is so much to do for all ages, very clean and both parent and kid friendly.

Hello, I just recently had my daughters 2nd Birthday Party here because my daughter loved going their when I brought her. Not to mention one of my friends Highly recommend it. I was supper excited to have her party their until the day of her party. We had chosen the Deluxe package were it included everything except the cake. Her party was scheduled for 2:30-4:30pm. So when it was time for everyone to eat due to it was only being a 2hr party. I asked the front desk employee who was ALWAYS on her phone at 3:40 when was the pizza coming? And she looked puzzled and finally said it should be here in 20mins. However, I quickly reminded her that our party was about to end soon, so how is that possible? And she said she had to call her boss to ask her where it was because she’s the one that orders the pizza for the party’s . It was now 4pm and still no pizza. So the front desk employee said her boss wasn’t answering and offered me a $50 gift card to the facility in exchange for the pizza not being ordered and I said no I would like it back on my card if not cash. So she gave me money in cash however, it wasn’t even the full $50 dollars. She either missed counted or didn’t have enough in her drawer to give me the full $50 dollars. So I reached out to her boss that same day and lettting her know what had happen in regards to the money situation and she said she would refund the rest of the money to my card but that never happend. It’s been over a week and I have still never received the difference of what her employee didn’t give me. But not to mention you would think that when someone makes an error of not ordering the main meal for my daughters party which is the pizza and not fully refunding me for it; as an owner you would apologize but she never did. I mean thank god my family had brought in some small dishes to the party so that way the kids and their family had something to eat rather than nothing. If I had only depended on the pizza being served those kids and their family’s would have starved! Which would of been embarrassing! I am beyondly disappointed in this company, especially when I’ve always heard good things about this facility which is what made me book with them in the first place. Will I ever return their, most likely not. I found it unacceptable for a owner to not order a pizza for an event she was FULLY aware of in advance and knew she was the only one that orders it; along with not being apologetic not only for the pizza but for the refund as well. If you decide to book your kids party here just as soon as you walk in before paying them the remaining balance make sure the employees and management is willing to do their job first! I do NOT recommend this place for party’s. It is just not worth it!

First time with my two grandkids. Very small, congested space made for a germ sharing environment. My seven year old granddaughter tried the claw machine more than 15 times and did not win once. I do not recommend playing the claw machine as it is a rip off. Won't be returning

Great place for little ones. Probably good for children up to 4 or 5. The women running it are very sweet. My 2 year old grandson loved it. Be aware your kids (and you if you plan to join them) need socks, I did not see this on their website anywhere. Be sure the socks are slip proof. They had socks there but they weren't slip proof and my grandson fell many times and I was close a few times. I'd hate to see someone get hurt that way. I would have loved to see maybe a few additional pretend areas but it was still very nice.

I am driving home blown away on how smoothly my party at its playtime went! My heart is filled with gratitude - from start to finish everything was flawless! Abby hosted us and wow, all of my guests were speechless and satisfied! They could not stop asking me how I found this place, and it was honestly through google. I read the positive reviews and gave it a shot - we all were not from the area and some lived in different states and took the drive. I couldn’t thank Aimee enough for going above and beyond to ensure we had all that we need. I will always recommend it’s playtime to anyone I encounter! You guys have gained a customer forever after the amazing evening we spent here! THANK YOU! :)

We LOVE its playtime! So clean and everyone is friendly! I highly recommend this place! It’s has everything a kid wants - mini arcade, slide, shooting balls, etc!

Stopped in here with my two kids ages 2 and 4 on vacation. Very impressed! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and my kids had a blast. What a great way to keep them busy and let them have fun.I have never seen an indoor playground have so much to do for little ones. I would highly recommend for something to do when the weather isn't conducive to playing outside.

This was not my personal experience but I know of a family that has used this business many times and have been very happy. However they were there this past Sunday and the person working behind the counter had her 3 young children there. Those children were pushing around other children and not allowing them to play in certain areas. That family was asked to leave when they complained and asked that the workers children stop what they were doing and leave other children alone.

Fun for my 2 year old but unsupervised older children jumping in ball pit - causing him to get a black eye. Otherwise a great place.

Awesome birthday party experience! Go cuckoo package is totally worth it. It includes practically everything (i.e., cupcakes, game bracelets for arcade area, pizza for kids, plates and napkins, and goodie bags). Birthday girl had so much fun! Staff was organized and friendly. Already booked another party for my other kid on my way home from this one ?.

- Alot of good activities for toddler 4 years old or below.- Compared to others indoor playground in the Hartford (Connecticut) area , this is the cleanest.- The price is reasonable and free for under 2 years old with older sibling (only pay for older sibling).- parent can assist their toddler closely.- don't forget to wear socks - no shoes inside the playground. This is common rules for indoor playground.- It has cafe but don't sell any coffee for parent. Only drink for kids like smoothie and juice.- Space is okay. I was expecting lil bit bigger.

A super fun and accessible play space for kids of all ages. The equipment was clean and in good repair, and the staff was quite pleasant. A bit pricey (16$ per kid + additional money for game credits) but the kiddos had an absolute blast. Give it a look, and you won't be disappointed.

Thought this place was adorable! My kids had a great time and the woman at the desk was so sweet to my kids. It was very crowded (for Covid purposes) but overall so fun! I wish the woman at the front also had some more staff it was so busy for only one person to be working. Hopefully no one quit on her!
