My fiancé preordered flowers for our anniversary.When he arrived and saw them, he said "these look dead." The leaves were all cracked and had holes, too.The store clerk told him "just put them in water and put the plant food in there, and they'll start blooming"Day 3, still very dead.

Just received a beautiful arrangement from the Avon, CT store. I was not home and the driver (James) contacted me about where to leave the delivery in a safe place. He was so kind and expressed concern that the bears would eat it (lol) since no one was home. I appreciated James's sincerity and eagerness to do his best. You have a great employee there! :)

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Tried to send a special delivery to my wife on her birthday and they screwed it up. Though they offered a mere refund (which doesn't really make up for the missed moment), they didn't do anything to "make up for it." This place is overpriced to begin with, but when they can't even get the order right, it just adds insult to injury.

I am a realtor and place TONS of gift orders with EA. I noted on a recent order that the delivery should be made after 3:00 when the elderly clients (85+ years old) returned home from closing on their new property. It was my intention that this be a wonderful surprise for them to enjoy at the end of a very long & busy day. Instead of quickly calling ME to advise the requested delivery time could not be accommodated, and inquiring if I'd like to make other arrangements (perhaps deliver next day?), the driver instead called the CLIENT at 12:00, as they were leaving, and told them to start calling their (elderly) neighbors to find somewhere to drop it off. Needless to say, this caused these poor folks added, unnecessary stress as they were struggling to get to the closing on time and ruined what should have been a happy experience upon their return home. It also made me look foolish as if I had no regard for their time. I called the store to express my disappointment and inquire as to why no one could give me a quick call prior to delivery and was told the order was left with a neighbor so it's really "no big deal". I subsequently called corporate customer service and was told they couldn't "punish" the store for not extending me the simplest courtesy of letting me know my order couldn't be delivered in the manner I requested, and therefore, was nothing they could do.

Five star experience from start to finish!! I called for next day delivery. They were super accommodating with my request for specific time for delivery and special request for my arrangement. The finished product was delivered timely and was beautiful!
