Disappointing experience from the very beginning! First of all the salesman measured incorrectly, not by inches but by feet. So the install day came and they had to take the product back and re order it. We ordered a specific kind of door which they told us that we had to pay extra for, but on the 2nd install date they were totally different doors that arrived. Looked very cheap and were the exact ones we already had and said that we did not want them as they keep falling off of the tracks. As it turns out they said they don't make the doors we ordered in our size, but no one communicated that to us and they took it upon them self to order these doors without asking. They also ordered and installed the wrong shower head and promised that they will put the correct one in. Lastly, no one communicated to us that the back side of the shower wall would have a 4 inch horizontal seam straight across the back of the shower. All in all I am completely dissatisfied with the way the shower came out. I would rather get my money back and have it done by a professional company! Questioning how they have stayed in business for 20+ years? I also asked for the manager and the salesperson to call me back. Never heard from the salesperson but the sales manager called 2 weeks later after I left another message. So the reason for the 1 star (which would be a 0 star but not an option) is poor communication, disappointing workmanship and very cheap looking product that in the end is not what we paid for!

Chris H installed a Jacuzzi shower and a Kohler toilet in my home on September 11, 2024. Chris H was very cordial and professional. He worked diligently and continuously throughout the entire day. I was extremely impressed with his quality of work and his over demeanor. I would highly recommend Chris H to all of my family and friends.

Really bad customer service. They had a person in Costco advertising the company and he sounded really nice and I need to fix my bathroom so I thought perfect timing. He gives me a number to call and I call and set up a time at 10am Wednesday, the next day I got 3 calls from them confirming the appointment. The day of the appointment i was waiting for them to arrive at 10am and was told the estimator was running late and i said it is fine i can wait. Around 11 i get another call and was asked if i can reschedule and I’ll receive a discount due to the changes, I agree to reschedule at Tuesday 10am. Today I get a call to confirm the appointment and the customer rep asked me a few questions and accused me of not being the owner of the house and I kept telling him I am the owner. After the disagreement, the customer service rep said it is better if we cancel the appointment, I agreed. Their customer service rep is really rude and didn’t appreciate being accused of not being the house of my house whole.

The gentleman from Carefree homes came to our house and started working immediately. They did not stop for two days almost 12 hours each. The boss was Dalton D they were courteous they were clean they were fast and they worked hard. They did a fantastic job, I would recommend this gentleman and his partner, Speedy. Work done fast clean and beautiful thank you.

We had a shower installed to replace our 45-year-old tub and couldn't be happier. It only took one day and the results are simply spectacular. Our installer, Chuck H, was very efficient and neat. He did an excellent job. I highly recommend them for your tub to shower conversion.

These folks I installed a new full tub for me six years ago. The installation went well. I recall their installer went above and beyond. This was a rip-and-replace installation. Fast forward to today. The knob on the faucet spout became stripped and needed to be replaced. Having no idea on the hardware manufacturer, I called Carefree to inquire so I could get a replacement part. They informed me the installation has a lifetime warranty and offered to schedule a free onsite replacement. Of course I accepted their offer. The technician arrived on time and took care of the issue in short order. He was pleasant and professional when I asked him a few related questions. As he was leaving he told me "call us if you have any other issues, we'll come out and take care of them for you." Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Today, we had a corner shower stall replaced by Chris H. from Carefree Home Pros. We were told to expect our worker to arrive between 8:00-10:00 am. Chris arrived promptly at 8:00 am. From the moment he arrived until 3:30 pm Chris worked nonstop. Chris layed down drop clothes from the entry door, through dining room, up the stairs and to the bathroom. Chris asked our opinions as to where we wanted the grab handle and if we wanted the wall up to the ceiling. There is an issue however, with Carefree Home Pros. As you can see in my photos, there are not soap built ins on the walls. The photo in my contract has two soap build ins. I am reaching out to the company to rectify this. I had a bathtub to shower conversions yesterday. Paul Caruso was OUTSTANDING! Diligent, attention to detail and very informative. It looks BEAUTIFUL!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Carefree Home Pros is the best co to install a Jacuzzi
walk in shower. They did everything they said they would, including one (1) day installation. Please ask for Nick Casillo as the installer as he is the best (*****+) (five + stars). (You will be happy!)

Although the initial expense was a bit shocking, after I saw what needed to be done (and I know it needed to be done) and they made sure to keep me in the loop so I knew exactly what was going on, it was well worth it. My shower looks beautiful and works excellent. Thank you Mike Cleary.
