Yoga in the loft doesn't get any better in my mind. Be.yoga overlooks Talcott Mt and the Heublein tower. Classes are taught with care and creativity. Offerings include rise n shine, yin, gentle, core, slow flow, vinyasa, healing circles, meditation and workshops. Sounds occasionally arise from the eatery below yet the focus, space and view outshine any slight distraction. Kristin's (the owner/chief yogini) teacher training (YTT200) incorporates anatomy along the way of the coursework with an optional YTT100 personal development program, only attending the first half. The latter is good for those looking to grow in the understanding of their practice without the commitment to a full six months, or with no inkling to teach. Kristin organizes yoga immersion trips annually. This year Peru and Bhutan. Next year Italy is back on the schedule. Check out a class, join a workshop or visit for Scott's healing circle, no yoga experience required. You will be even more grateful!

Kristin and the ladies and Scott are marvelous!! It’s a real community of wonderful people. With the greatest yoga around that offers alternative workshops that are as great as Kristin!!

I instantly felt at home the second I walked into Be Yoga. The space is AMAZING, cozy and inviting. Getting to practice under the light of the moon at the 5:30 PM class was blissful. Kristen is a wealth of knowledge and so accommodating to all levels of yoga. Be Yoga felt like a community, everyone in class was pleasant, offering hellos and smiles to me right away.

I recently attended a yoga class at Be Yoga in Avon and had to take the time to write a review. The studio was beautiful and incredibly calming, with a spectacular view of the Heublein Tower through their big window. We were lucky enough to take the Tuesday night 6:45 PM class with Ann. She was fabulous! She is obviously very skilled, but also just had a great way about her - really giving each person individual attention and offering modifications for everyone's skill level. We left feeling super relaxed and grateful for having found this beautiful and special place. We will definitely be returning!

Today was my first class at Be yoga. The studio was beautiful, very clean and had great music. Katie was my instructor and her warm smile and calm voice made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. She guided me through any help I needed whether it be by adjustments or reminders to breathe. I noticed she made everyone she came in contact with feel very special. She effortlessly felt her way through the room. The class left me feeling relaxed and full of energy so I will definitely be a returning student. Thanks Katie!
