Only 1 teller. Every time I go it’s a 1/2 hour wait. Great tellers, poor business standards.

Beyond slow, 3 people in line takes over a half hour for normal deposit, but you can get someone to greet you at the door

I have had an account with BOA for over 16 years and the experience I've had at this location has always been a problem but this last experience is enough to close this account. I had to go inside because the ATM was not working. I had some questions regarding the fee added to my account. The csr, customer service representative, told me to talk to someone on floor regarding any questions. There was no csr on the floor. She went to look for the csr and proceeds to talk about my account out loud to another csr. Another customer behind me looked at me and we both were completely horrified at the lack of privacy. The other csr then tells me to call in instead of just answering some of my questions. I will not be returning to this location and BOA will be losing me as a customer

I went there to get a letter notarized, the notary guy said he can not notarize the letter without a notary block,it wasn't a document that needed all that ,this is not my first time getting my letter notarized,it just sounded so dumb,a notary block or whatever he calls it is something a notary should have to stamp,I just can't believe this bs ,I think he is discriminating and they don't wanna help me Update He called the embassy and told them to reschedule my mom's appointment, discrimination still exists, stay away from boa The guy just couldn't stand me inviting my mom to the U.S that he refused to notarize my letter then I reported him and he decided to call the consulate to reschedule my mom's interview, guess what she don't need to come here anyways,it's not what it looks like, everyday black people deal with discrimination

Went here to open a new checking and savings account, and to order a new debit card and checks due to our original checking account was compromised. I spent probably an hour there. The employee that took care of everything said I would be receiving my debit card and checks in about a week. A week later nothing came in my mail, so I called Bank of America customer service line for them to helped me tracking my card and checks, it turned out that the employee never ordered neither the debit card nor the checks. I called the manager at this location, left a message for him to call me back, but never did.

Bank of America closed the Canton branch. They notified me to remove the contents from the safe deposit box there. I was due a refund for the unexpired time. They did not have cash but said they would put it in an account. I had closed that account. When I went to get the money out, they had deducted a $12 fee. Outrageous. If they need the $12 that badly, keep it. Maybe you can get a bag full of cash to give to your associates so that they can promptly repay people whose safe-deposit boxes they are taking away.

Awfully slow service. Lack of employees to help. Long lines and long wait. They constantly hire new people who are not knowledgeable about handling money. Careless mistakes.

The flexibility and personal attention we received at this branch was unexpected from a large financial institution, and seemed more like the kind of service and care one would receive from a local bank in a bygone era. My family needed a cashier's check for an important transaction earlier this month, but we live with at-risk individuals and wanted to minimize contact as much as possible. We called several banks in the area, and because of the nature of the transaction, most insisted that we come inside a branch, which made us very concerned about waiting indoors for a long time to get the transaction done. The manager of this branch was very understanding of our situation and worked out a solution that followed all banking policies but brought contact and time indoors to an absolute minimum. If you are a Bank of America customer need accommodations during the pandemic, I suggest you reach out to this branch - they will take excellent care of you.
