They have an extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff, combined with a great inventory. It's a wonderful place to shop for new wines, and they often have tastings.

I just love this plaza, super convenient if you're picking up dinner or lunch from little city pizza, toshi, or bangkok Thai to also grab your go to beverages for pairing. Super friendly owners and lively discussions too - no need to ask questions as they are welcoming and will offer to help you find exactly what you need OR recommend you fam favorites or new spirits within your budget.

I live near several very nice stores but it is difficult to find people who are just wonderful at helping folks like me who have no knowledge of wines and spirits. I met the absolutely amazing Ertan Sener and have found him to be kind, thoughtful and talented. My wine-savvy friends love my gifts, all because I trust him. He is now here and again, great and personal service. My gift stock and liquor cabinet is well stocked. (And the shop IS a gem!). Facing Riverdale Farms go in the left side entrance and they are immediately on your left. (Or, you can wander the campus, as I did)

Owner was repeatedly rude and condescending, there are 4 liquor stores within 5 minutes of him. I don't know what he's trying to do but it's too bad no one can fire him.

I walked in this place for the first time with a box of 20 empty's.The guy at the register looked at me like I was from another planet and said,"Did you buy that here?" I said yes and he said we don't sell 20 packs here.I said,Okay,see ya later and walked out.

Brian E. (first reviewer) really sums it up well. I suppose for the area, this spot is 4 stars, but I did not really see much that would make me a super fan. You'll definitely find a wine or beer that you will like, but the selection and prices are nothing to write home about. I appreciated that the person working here wasn't pushy or anything like that, though it might have helped to have been asked if we needed an IPA recommendation (which we did!). No biggie, though.

Not a huge selection based on sheer capacity, but more than you'd actually expect. Their wine selection probably takes the cake, followed by the typical everyday beers, reasonably diverse assortment of crafts, and the basic spirits. Prices seemed average, but may not standup to larger store pricing.

This a small hidden treasure for the Avon/Simsbury area. Pi and his staff have a small space, but make good use of it with a great selection of wine and spirits. They are always very helpful in recommending for both taste and price point. We make a point of shopping here where the selection is great and the service is even better!
