Okay I went into Verizon because I was switching to another phone company and needed their help with opening up my phone to get some information out of it and the manager took me. And without any attitude was the nicest person I've dealt with in a mobile phone store. Help me out. Gave me the information I needed and again was very very nice guy to deal with. unfortunately I did forget the young man's name again he was great
