First time client. Switched from another Vet and I am so glad I did. Fenton was less expensive and the staff at the Ashford office was awesome! Can't wait to have my Toby continue and becoming part of the Fenton family. Thank you so much for welcoming us.

Dr. North should potentially be sued for malpractice. First of all, I been coming here for years. There has been a decline since co-owner Scott died. Heidi shame on you for dragging this practice into the ground. Recently, tons of employees have quit the North (Ashford) branch. Dr. North and Manager Laura are vile to not only customers but the staff as well. Who can blame them for quitting. More will quit for sure. With the amount of money I spend at FR, I should never leave crying! Dr. North lectured and embarrassed me for no reason and makes things up that are not true. On top of that, she then refused to continue my pets care after her course of treatment failed. She told me to go to another vet! I have been going here for years and spend thousands of dollars every year! This is malpractice.

Seriously!!! After being a loyal customer for Approximately 30 years and having lost
4 dogs, I sincerely would have expected more than a “stern lecture “ to my overactive reaction to my current dog. We lost 4 possibly waiting too long so perhaps I am being too proactive.
I always respected Dr North and her expertise however today was totally different. She lectured me on bringing my dog in and at the prices of veterinary care
(Hers included) I resented the embarrassment. If those of us , care and want the best care for our dogs, I’m at a loss where a Veterinarian at astronomical prices would “lecture “a client.
Sorry Dr North ….very disappointed

Fantastic vet, i would reccomend this place to anyone. The vet and technicians are very friendly. Such a welcoming atmosphere when you walk into the place. My dog bear had very very bad allergies, the old vet i used to go couldnt figure what was wrong with him. I bought him to fenton river vet, they excatly knew what was wrong with him it was food, enviromental allergies. And the best thing they didnt do any allergy test on him. They just looked at his skin because it was bad. And said try this food and special treats that are made for dogs with allergies. We did and bear looks very healthy again. So thank you guys. You guys are the best. If i could give you more stars i would. 100/100 for me.

My cat has been a patient here for many years. Today he needs medical attention! I was informed that all three locations didn’t have doctors working and no appointments available. I will never recommend this business to anyone
