I just remodeled my whole house and purchased everything from outlets to lighting fixtures for the interior and exterior. The hands on customer service and expertise were outstanding. Top notch prices just as good as anybody online and the big box stores. Ask for Zach his knowledge is unsurpassed.

Called to see if they had packs of wire connectors and he asked what size. I then said I wanted a pack of all different sizes. He said we only sell them by each. He said again what size. I said maybe 10 gauge or 12 gauge. And then he hung up on me. No problem. I will just never come here and go on Amazon and get them for cheaper.

I recently left a one star review due to a rude, unwilling to help employee. The owner quickly responded to the review asking to contact him. I emailed him and received a response within minutes. He was very open to comment and willing to make things right. Any business that cares enough to immediately cater to their customers concerns deserves to be recognized in good way and not have one employee ruin their reputation. I will be returning and if it’s a good experience which I’m sure it will be, I will edit to 5 stars at that time.

This business does not stand behind its products and buys inferior products to resell. Recently we purchased 2 cord style pendant lights for our kitchen. We had an electrician install them and he said that the hanging cords would straighten over time due to the weight of the fixtures. There is no change after 2 months we contacted valley lighting in hopes that they would send someone else to fix them. The only option they gave us was to remove lights and bring in for a refund leaving me with multiple fees for an electrician. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Great store for electrical items. You know it’s good when staff at Lowe’s and Ace Hardware refer you here.I had a project which requires a creative application of parts and they helped me work it out and find exactly what I needed. I appreciated the time the salesperson took to sketch it out on a piece of paper and discuss it with me. Very knowledgeable !

I wasted so much time going to home depot / lowes looking for help with a generator that i was unfamiliar with. Theres no way ill ever go anywhere other than valley electric for anything in their scope of business. Straightforward and knowledgeable help is such a breath of fresh air!
