This store used to have amazing service. I've been using the drive up service for years, and spend about 1k a month there, mostly on baby food. Lately, they have been very rude at drive up. Additionally, they've been forgetting to bring out entire bags of stuff, and there's no way to reach anyone as they don't answer the phone. This requires a drive back to the store each time, and sometimes I can't get back there same day.
Today was the final straw. The person asked me to pull up in the fire lane while I was getting out of my car to attend to my crying baby. I told him the baby crying was stressing me out and he yelled at me to calm down. I thought it was more courteous to NOT bring crying baby into the store, but I guess I was rude for expecting them to bring the order out to the drive up spot.
If you don't want to offer drive up service, then don't.
I in no way deserve to be reprimanded by a store associate when in the middle of a stressful situation because they don't feel like walking the extra few feet.
The only reason I'm giving a second star is because they *used to be* nice.

Target making their self checkout 10 items or less was one of the worse decisions ever. If you’re going to do that maybe open more than one register and the cashiers should probably learn to scan a little faster.

The worse store to shop it’s very misleading nothing is correctly in its place and they will not honor the price the AP told me because they’re short staff like what does that have to do with me

Always a pleasure to order online and pick up at the store. Especially when you are in a rush. Easy to pick up and go. Target is my favorite place to buy household stuff.

Self checkout now limited to 10 items or less , only 1 register for all others ... very slow and inefficient. Would avoid if getting more than 10 items.
