I had some front end damage on my car. I brought it to Poliwoda Auto Body to be fixed. When I met with Mirek, I found him to be very personable and professional.After having the car for a few days, I recieved a text saying that my car was finished, and ready for pick-up. When I got there, my car was sitting out front for me. After looking it over, I was very impressed at the quality of work that he put into my car, making it look better than new.I will highly recommend him to family and friends to bring their business to him, I know I sure will.Thank you Mirek, for a job well done.

My brother actually recommended me to come here because I recently had some damage to my front side panel on my 2019 VW GTI. The whole process was a lot easier than expected, especially having to deal with the insurance company but Mirek took care of it. Very professional and communicated the details effectively. My car looks great and the color matches perfectly.10 out of 10 and would highly recommend coming here!

I brought a large restoration project to Poliwoda Auto Body. Mirek was very honest, up-front about everything, and did what he said he would. It was an older car and posed a bunch of challenges. The end result is amazing and really shows the care and attention to detail that they put into all their work. There were a few times when Mirek went above and beyond because, as he said, it was the right thing to do. I highly recommend Poliwoda Auto Body. Super to do business with.

I got into an accident last month which was a new experience for me as I needed to go through the at-fault party’s insurance. While waiting for their action, I was doing some research for an Autobody place that I could take a chance on. I take customer reviews very serious and into account when it comes to big ticket items from buying a new washer/dryer to booking hotels, and of course, Autobody work. Poliwoda Auto Body had a 5 star rating and nothing but positive feedback from every single person whose car he fixed. People posted before and after pics and I was really impressed by both their words and the proof. My personal experience matches every 5 star rating he has received and then some. He was going on vacation and I still wanted to have my car worked on by him so I decided to wait until he returned. He was kind and thorough and allowed me to express how certain things were not properly assessed by the insurance company (they said my rim was scratched when it was deeply gashed. Scratched or gashed, my rim was perfect before the accident and he understood that.) He stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process letting me know that he was waiting on the insurance to pay out a supplemental or if he was waiting on a part. He made such a stressful situation feel like everything was going to be ok. While I hope I never get into another auto accident again, at least I know where I’ll always take my car to if she ever needs to be fixed.Services: Painting

I can’t thank everyone who left a review here enough; your commendations were a big reason I brought my car to Poliwoda Auto Body. Not often do you see so many 5 star reviews and now I know why there are so many and that they are all well-deserved. And I am going to add mine.We weren’t even in our car when it was crashed; it was being moved by a valet parking attendant who was hit by another attendant. Suffice to say, not the best start to a weekend and even more trouble when the company was reticent to pay since they insured themselves. The best decision I made was bringing the car to Mirek. After taking some photos and looking it over, he immediately sent a quote within a day early the next morning, and told me to reach out with any issues. And there were issues. To which Mirek took upon himself to iron out by reaching out to the company and the assigned appraiser, all of which he did without me committing to having my car repaired by him which ostensibly put him at a loss.He answered his phone, texts or emails promptly, and often well before I would ever expect. He wrangled with the company and negotiated a price point with them where he was sure he could complete the necessary work. Then I brought my car to him for repair. How could I not? He was already “working” on it.And I couldn’t be happier. Besides not being able to note there was ever any damage to the car, Mirek was clearly transparent about the issues that he found when he removed the bumpers and fenders and grill and found more problems than initially thought. He addressed and repaired each one in turn and was completely transparent about everything along the way. He kept us updated on anything that might have changed along the way and he worked hard to keep to his self-assigned deadline.As a businessman, Mirek is open and honest, his prices more than fair; as an auto body mechanic, his work was impeccable.
