“You wouldn't think this place has what you need cause they are so small. Believe it or not, every time I go their for some odd ball random thing, they have it!! I needed a golf cart key made, went to 4 other places that looked at me like i had 2 heads before i remembered they made keys, they had it done in like 2 minutes. “I have lived in Stratford my entire life. Not only have I gone to One Stop when I worked for a plumbing company, I still to this day stop in there as a self employed Plumbing contractor when I’m in a pinch (10 years)
John and his team have always been extremely helpful with me being a plumber himself all these years he knows exactly what I go thru with plumbing service and repair work. I don’t think there has been a time where they didn’t have parts for 50+ year old shower valves…except 1 time and I’ve been here countless times.
The incident where they didn’t have the stem I needed unfortunately but John actually took it completely apart for me, cleaned it up and fully rebuilt it like brand new. Highly recommend this place they are truly one of a kind if you are in need of old stems or cartridges or even just the simple toilet rebuild parts they have it.

We have to order online, bc where we live you can pay an arm and a leg for those materials. We needed some materials fast. And had ordered on Friday at 2am, we expected it to ship out Monday. However, thank you to Grand Brass, it was shipped out Friday. Order arrived Monday at my place before 12pm. We completed 3 projects already and today is Wed. Website easy to use, prices are very reasonable. Shipping is fast!!! We order few times a month, so I would definitely recommend this company! My go to. Thank you again!!!!”

“This Home Depot is my hometown store. Essentially it has everything the other stores have, my only criticism is the fact that some items are not the same as other stores nearby. For example, whenever I visit the Fairfield store in the front, outside they normally have grills and other items in the front- but some of the items the Fairfield store has are not the same which are out in the front of the Bridgeport store. The Fairfield store has all types of Weber grills and other high end models but in the Bridgeport store you have the lower models. I wonder why. But essentially for all most hardware, tools and paint needs it is about the same. One thing I will say is the employees at the Bridgeport store seem to be a lot nicer.”
